Film and TV Work for dogs- A masterclass with Bryony Cole and Corinne Wrend -SPECTATOR
Over this two day masterclass participants will learn all the skills needed for dogs to undertake film and tv work. Some of the content covered will include
Dealing with the atmosphere
Stability and duration
Props and costumes
On set etiquette for humans
Dogs that are successful in completing this workshop will be eligible for work through EYE2EYE Film, TV & Media.
Corinne Wrend has been training dogs for almost fourty years and has competed in obedience, working trials and internationally in IPO.
Corinne has mastered the skill of training for
Precision and is especially talented at training micro behaviours. She has recently appeared in a prime time ITV show with her dog Chasca and has trained dogs for other production companies such as Warner Bros and Aspect.
Bryony runs EYE2EYE and regularly trains and supplies dogs for film and TV work. As well as using her dog around cattle as a herding dog she also trains in a few different dog sports including mondioring. Bryony has an established relationship with many production companies and has agents working around the country to help supply force free trained dogs for this kind of work. Bryony has recently worked on a prime time ITV show, supplied dogs for international companies such as Yazoo, Good Housekeeping and BBC.
To apply for this workshop, delegates need to be available for both weekends (12-13th May 26-27th May)
Once all the applications are in delegates will then be allocated to either weekend 1 or weekend 2 depending on experience level.
On application you will be required to fill out a questionnaire on you and your dog.
