Puppy and Dog Training

CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we are having to enforce strict measures at our dog training centre to ensure we keep everyone as safe as possible

We are currently following DEFRA and CFSG regulations, and should they change, and we experience a second wave in the virus, we may have to change or cancel the training sessions.

When you come to the training centre please make sure you park spaced out, and not to too close to anyone else.

Please make sure you maintain a social distance of 2m from everyone else when arriving.

Please remain in your space at all times.
Dogs must be kept on lead in training sessions unless we advise you otherwise, please make sure you do not drop your lead in a training session, so that your dog can not stray from where you are.

Please bring with you some PPE and hand sanitiser, and unfortunately the toilets and tea/coffee area will be out of use.

Please note that our insurance does not cover you for any incident you may have with your dog or anyone else dog while training.

Our insurance providers are following government and local council guidance but as this is changing daily we suggest you check your own personal insurance before attending, in case you are not covered by ours.

We would kindly ask you not to attend any training with us if you, a member of your household, or anyone you have come in contact with has had symptoms of coronavirus

We have three different classes to suit all ages of puppies and dogs.

If you have a new puppy, group classes are a great start. From puppy class, we then lead on to Newcomers, and finally Life Skills

If you have an adult dog that needs more training, or a new rescue dog then Newcomers is the class for you. In this class we work on Lead Walking, Recall, Obedience, Manners and much more.

The training you recieve in class will be tailored to you and your dogs experience level.

Puppy under 5 months? Book into our puppy class

Puppy over 5 months? Book into our puppy plus class. This class is designed for puppies over five months, if you have a dog over 1 year old , try our life skills class. Ideally, puppies doing this course will have already done a puppy class (either with us or somewhere else)

New to training and over 5 months? Book into our Newcomers class

Done no previous training? Got a new rescue dog? Book our Newcomers class

We also have facilities to accomodate reactive dogs, or dogs that may not be used to a class environment, please send us an email before booking in.
