Meet Bryony Cole
Bryony is the in-house trainer at EYE2EYE Dogs and has dedicated more than 15 years to training, developing, and working with dogs across a wide range of disciplines. Beginning her career with working cattle dogs, she quickly developed a passion for high-drive working breeds and has since built an outstanding reputation within the working dog community.
Today, Bryony specialises in working breeds, with particular expertise in Belgian Malinois and German Shepherds. Her experience spans sport, protection, operational, and behaviour work, combining practical knowledge with formal qualifications in canine behaviour to deliver training that is effective, ethical, and tailored to each individual dog.

Bryony made history as the first British female to
achieve a title in the international protection sport
of Mondioring, and she continues to compete
internationally. Her experience as an active
competitor allows her to bring real-world
performance knowledge into every aspect of
her training.
Alongside her role at EYE2EYE Dogs, Bryony co owns and operates a company that trains and supplies police dogs and delivers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to police forces across the UK. She has also trained animals for multiple television productions and is the author of two books, sharing her knowledge with both professionals and dog owners alike.
Bryony's training philosophy is centred on reward, motivation, and clear communication. She believes that successful training comes from building confidence, engagement, and trust while always maintaining fairness and the highest ethical standards. Her methods are designed to produce reliable, enthusiastic dogs that enjoy their work and thrive alongside their handlers.
Train with Bryony
Bryony now focuses primarily on working with sport, protection, and operational dogs. Due to ongoing commitments with competition and professional projects, she accepts a limited number of new clients throughout the year, allowing her to provide each dog and handler with the highest level of individual attention and support.
Lessons with Bryony start from £120 per hour, with discounts available for block bookings.

Finally it is great to have someone to talk to who you trust understands this type of Dog and listens to your concerns and works with you to help you as much as possible. Seeing her with her own dogs make you realise what is possible with great training and inspires you to continue.
