4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be refunded or rebooked at our discretion.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full session fee being charged.

  • Group classes or workshops may have specific refund policies listed in their event details.

5. Behaviour and Safety

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their dog is fit, healthy, and up to date with vaccinations or exemptions before attending any session.

  • You must inform us of any behavioural issues, health concerns, or special requirements prior to training.

  • Dogs must be kept under control and on lead unless instructed otherwise.

  • EYE2EYE Dogs reserves the right to refuse participation if a dog’s behaviour poses a risk to others.

6. Use of the Barn and Training Facilities

  • Use of our barn, fields, or training areas is at your own risk.

  • You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your dog(s) and any accompanying persons.

  • Please respect property boundaries, equipment, and other users.

  • We accept no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse of the facilities.

  • However, participation in dog training and facility use is at your own risk.
